Really happy with my order from The Salt Works Company. They had more options than I expected, so finding what I needed was easy. Checkout was quick, everything showed up fine, and I’d probably order again.

I ordered a couple of salts after looking through the sourcing info on the site, and I actually really appreciated that they show where everything comes from. It made it way easier to pick what I wanted, and the flavor ended up being really good. The packaging showed up totally fine too, so no complaints there. I’m giving 4 stars only because shipping took a little longer than I expected and the checkout process felt slightly clunky. But that doesn’t mean the product wasn’t good. I’m still happy with what I got and I’d probably order again

"Return was easy, refund was slow"
The return itself was simple, I didn’t have any issues getting it sent back. The refund just took longer than I was expecting, and while support did reply, they weren’t exactly quick about it

I ordered from The Salt Works Company it was better than I thought it would be. The salt is clean and dry, not all clumped up like that other kind I got before. The taste is really good too, and you can tell it’s not the cheap stuff. Shipping was fine, nothing weird there. I’ll probably order it again once this runs out.

"Product was fine, support was a bit slow"
The product itself was totally fine and worked as expected, but getting a response from customer service took longer than I hoped. I had to follow up twice, which was a little frustrating lol. Not a huge deal, but definitely something that could be better.

I was in one of those moods where I notice every little thing, but this salt showed up really clean with no weird bits or off smell. I’ve been using it for cooking, and it tastes nice and pure. Happy with this order and I’d definitely buy it again

"Simple, sensible packaging"
I was happy with how the salt arrived. It was packed neatly without a bunch of unnecessary plastic, which gave it a thoughtful, low-waste feel. The box looked recycled too, and most of it could go straight into the recycling bin. Nice to see a company not overdoing the packaging.

"Pretty solid packaging overall!!"
I ordered from thesaltworkscompany the packaging was good!! The salt bag was sealed up really well, and thankfully nothing spilled in the box... which I was definitely happy about!!! The box did have a small dent on one corner, but the product inside was totally fine, so no big deal. Maybe they could add a little more padding?? But overall, I really don’t have any real complaints!!!

I had a really good experience with The Salt Works Company, no question about it. Their team was polite, easy to deal with, and their emails were clear enough that there was basically zero confusion at any point. I asked a few questions and they handled them like it was no trouble at all. Everything felt organized and professional from start to finish, and I never got any pushy sales vibes. Just straight answers and solid service. I’d definitely use them again without even thinking twice

"Good salt, just a little chunky"
The salt tasted totally fine, so I guess that’s the main thing, but the texture threw me off a bit. Some pieces were a nice size and worked well, then others felt way chunkier than I expected. It’s not bad at all, just kind of uneven, and even though it’s literally just salt, I somehow expected it to be more consistent
